Shipping
Delivery is handled by POST CH. To guarantee the delivery of your packages, we prioritize home delivery.
We offer free shipping for all orders over CHF 80, exclusively within Switzerland.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale on our website for more information on accepted return conditions.
Other items not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at client@makemymask.com with a photograph, your order number, and your contact information.
