La chute de cheveux hormonale est liée à une sensibilité génétique aux hormones androgènes (souvent appelée alopécie androgénique ou calvitie). Les solutions comme la greffe/PRP/mésothérapie sont très efficaces pour restaurer la densité capillaire, cependant il est indispensable d'adopter un protocole post-opération pour maximiser leurs effets sur le long-terme et freiner la chute des anciens cheveux, toujours soumis à la DHT.

En effet, dans le cas de la greffe, les cheveux implantés ne sont pas sujets à l’AAG car non sensibles à l’hormone DHT responsable de la chute de cheveux hormonale. En revanche, les anciens cheveux continuent de subir l’influence de la DHT, donc il est primordial de continuer un traitement contre l’AGG pour éviter que les anciens cheveux continuent de tomber, et que le résultat de la greffe soit moins harmonieux.

Posologie : commencer le protocole post-greffe 1 mois après la greffe, lorsque le cuir chevelu est cicatrisé.

■ Shampoing anti-chute (200 mL - 2 mois d'utilisation) : utiliser 2-3 fois par semaine.

■ Sérum (20 mL - 1 mois d'utilisation) : appliquer le sérum 2 à 3 fois par semaine sur les zones greffées et non-greffées. Ne pas rincer.

■ DHT Blocker (180 gélules - 3 mois d'utilisation) : 2 gélules/jour pendant 3 mois, au moment du repas.

What is the dosage for MakeMyMask's Post-Grafting Kit?

Shampoo: 2-3x/week.
